Melissa Garner is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, practicing since 2010, as well as a registered yoga teacher since 2016. Her specialties include working with anxiety, depression, stress management, emotional fatigue and burn-out. She offers a variety of private session services including mental health counseling, coaching and mentorship, private yoga instruction, meditation and relaxation training, or a combination of any of the above!
$135 - 1 hour Private Session
Insurance Accepted: Tricare Prime, Tricare East/Select, Aetna, Cigna, United HealthCare, and out-of-network Blue Cross Blue Shield.
If I am not contracted with your insurance company, a superbill can be provided for self-filing, upon request.
